The 9-th IFAC Workshop on Time Delay Systems aims at pursuing the tradition of previous workshops held in Grenoble (France, 1998), Ancona (Italy, 2000), Santa Fe (USA, 2001), Rocquencourt (France, 2003), Leuven (Belgium, 2004), L’Aquila (Italy, 2006), Nantes (France, 2007) and Sinaia (Romania, 2009). The objective is to bring together the specialists in the field of Time Delay Systems.
