About the project

This project is inspired by pinball machines. You can compete with friends who can earn more points or play for fun. As you can see, this is not a full-fledged pinball machine and the ball cannot fall from the bottom of the field here, so in competitive mode, set a time limit. It is also worth paying attention to the fact that due to sensors that are not the most suitable for this game, points can not always be counted.

Build a robot

Build a pinball machine according to the instructions and read the points below for proper construction

  • Be careful while building the motors should be at zero. That is, the dot on the rotating part must match the circle on the base of the motor.
  • On the instructions, some parts are located in each other, put them as far as possible
  • Also pull on the rubber bands as you see it in the video

Game improvement task

Now add another sensor for scoring. You can use an example from those that already exist or invent a completely new one.

The second task for the most daring. Try to make a system from cheaters like in a real pinball machine, if the player shakes the table, an unpleasant sound is made. If this happens three times then the game ends.

Evaluate your performance

Think about what you did well and what you could do better next time. And also how could the game be more interesting.
